Engine Specifications
At the heart of the 2025 Ducati XDiavel V4 is a 1,158cc V4 Granturismo engine, a four-cylinder powerhouse arranged in a 90° V shape. It features all the advanced engine technology found in Ducati’s top-tier sport models, now fine-tuned for comfortable, confident cruising.
The engine produces a thrilling 168 horsepower at 10,750 rpm, making it one of the most powerful cruisers on the road. It also produces 126 Nm of torque at 7,500 rpm, providing strong pulling power for smooth acceleration even in higher gears.
Ducati now uses electronic fuel injection with an elliptical 46 mm throttle body. It’s complex, but it gets the engine the right amount of fuel and air, which results in quicker throttle response, better fuel efficiency.
The ride-by-wire system replaces the old-school throttle cable with an electronic setup. That gives the bike control and enables riding modes like Sport, Touring, and Urban to completely change how the bike feels at the twist of the wrist.
Liquid-cooled is used to keep the engine cool, so it stays at the perfect temperature even in traffic or on hot days. Plus, the counter-rotating crankshaft helps reduce vibration.
The engine’s 14.0:1 compression ratio shows how efficiently it burns fuel for maximum power. More power doesn’t always mean more fuel, this setup has actually been tuned for a balance between performance and efficiency.
Featuring a 4-pipe stainless steel exhaust system, it produces a deep, roaring sound that every Ducati fan loves. It’s like the perfect soundtrack for every ride.
