The end of 2025 is set to be an exciting one for car enthusiasts in India! In the coming months, many automakers are gearing up to launch new and updated models, from Tata’s much-awaited petrol Harrier and Sierra to Hyundai’s new Venue and Kia’s next-gen Seltos. Let’s take a closer look at all the cars coming in November and December 2025.
Tata Motors – Harrier, Safari Petrol and All-New Sierra

Tata Motors is all set to launch two major models towards the end of the year.
The petrol versions of the Tata Harrier and Safari will debut in November by Tata Motors. Till now, both the SUVs were available only with diesel engines. The new 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine will now produce around 160-170 hp and 350 Nm of torque, mated to a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic gearbox. Both SUVs will remain front-wheel drive, and the feature list will be similar to the diesel version with minor updates like new colours and new features.
Tata Sierra will also be launched, one of the most iconic names in Tata’s history, which will make a comeback in December 2025. Initially, Tata will launch the ICE (petrol/diesel) version, while the Sierra EV will arrive by January 2026.
The Sierra will also feature a premium interior, panoramic sunroof, LED lights, high-quality audio system and advanced connected car features.
Engine options will likely include a 1.5L turbo-petrol and possibly a 2.0L diesel from the Harrier/Safari lineup. And will be positioned as a premium SUV, competing in the same segment as the Sierra Harrier and Safari.
Hyundai – All-new Venue (launched on November 4)
Hyundai is set to launch the next-generation Hyundai Venue on November 4, 2025. The new Venue will continue as a sub-4-metre compact SUV, competing with the likes of the Kia Sonet, Maruti Brezza and Nissan Magnite.

Expect new features like a larger touchscreen, better audio system, LED lighting, sunroof and advanced connected car tech in the cabin. The interior will also feature improved space management and premium materials.
Skoda – Octavia RS Returns
Yes, the Skoda Octavia RS is making a comeback! This performance sedan will be imported via the CBU route, with only 100 units being allocated for India.
It will be powered by a 2.0L TSI petrol engine that produces 255 hp and 380 Nm of torque, mated to an automatic transmission. The car is priced at ₹49.9 lakh (ex-showroom), with an on-road price of around ₹63–64 lakh. Skoda has already sold the first batch, proving that there is still a demand for sporty sedans in India.
Kia – New-gen Seltos

Kia will launch the all-new Seltos in December 2025, marking the next generation of the SUV after its original debut in 2019 and the next generation after the facelift in 2023. The upcoming Seltos is expected to get a strong-hybrid powertrain for the first time in India, alongside the existing 1.5L petrol and 1.5L diesel engines.
Talking about the design, expect a more modern and premium look with a refreshed interior, while features like a panoramic sunroof, Bose audio system, Level 2 ADAS and ventilated seats will continue. The new Seltos will compete with the Hyundai Creta, Maruti Grand Vitara, Toyota HiRider, Honda Elevate, MG Aster, Skoda Kushak and VW Taigun.
Maruti Suzuki – eVX electric SUV
Maruti Suzuki’s first electric car for India, the Maruti eVX, will finally be launched in early December 2025. The SUV is already being manufactured at Maruti’s Gujarat plant and is being exported to over 100 countries.
The eVX will be retailed through Nexa dealerships and will compete with the likes of the Tata Curve EV, Mahindra BE.06 and Hyundai Creta EV. Exact specs are yet to be confirmed, but it is expected to offer a real-world range of around 450-500 km, a spacious cabin and a premium feature list.
Additionally, Maruti may launch another vehicle in late December 2025 – possibly a 7-seater version of the Grand Vitara or an upgraded variant with more premium features.
Mahindra – New 7 Seater SUV coming soon
Mahindra is gearing up to launch a new SUV in late November 2025. Although details are limited, it could be the Mahindra XUV7OO Coupe (XUV7), a larger, sportier version of the XUV700 with possible 7-seater configurations.
