Citroen India has launched the Aircross X at Rs 8.29 lakh (ex-showroom). It gets a brand new green colour, a restyled dashboard and some additional features like cruise control and push button start.
Engine options: 1.2-litre PureTech petrol engine in both naturally aspirated and turbocharged options, offering 110 bhp and 205 Nm of turbo torque, mated to a 5-speed manual, 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission.
Fuel efficiency: ARAI-certified mileage of 18.5 kmpl for the manual and 17.6 kmpl for the automatic variants with a 45-litre fuel tank.
Variants and Seating: Available in 5- and 7-seater variants with flexible seating layouts, including a removable 3rd row in the 7-seater.
Safety: The top trim gets 6 airbags, ABS with EBD, ESC, TPMS, rear parking sensors and a comprehensive safety package designed for Indian road conditions, earning a 5-star Bharat NCAP rating.
Comfort and Convenience: Ventilated front seats, keyless entry with push start, electric power steering, manual AC as standard with advanced touchscreen infotainment (10.25-inch) in the upper trim with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay (wired and wireless).
Interior: Fully digital 7-inch instrument cluster, leather upholstery in the premium trim, multiple storage spaces and high-quality finishing touches.
Exterior: Distinctive LED DRL and headlights, bold 17-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, roof rails, rear spoiler, rear wiper/washer/defogger and dual-tone paint options.
ADAS: Advanced safety aids such as automatic emergency braking (AEB) with pedestrian detection, forward collision warning and driver attention warning are included, although some features such as adaptive cruise control and lane keep assist are not present.
The Citroën Aircross is available in 9 different colour options: Platinum Grey, Platinum Grey with Polar White, Cosmos Blue, Platinum Grey with Polar White, Polar White, Garnet Red with Pearl Black, Black, Garnet Red and Cosmo Blue with Polar White.
