The 2025 Mahindra XUV 3XO EV has been launched on 5 January 2026, priced between Rs 13.89 lakh (AX5) and Rs 14.96 lakh (AX7L ex-showroom), targeting city commuters against the Tata Nexon EV.
Powertrain: Gets a 39.4 kWh battery, which produces 310 Nm of torque with a 100 kW (150 PS) PMSM motor, provides 456 km ARAI range (285 km in real world).
Performance: Accelerates from 0-100 kmph in 8.3 seconds, Drive modes (Fun, Fast, Fearless).
Charging support: 50 minutes 0-80% DC (50 kW), 6.5 hours AC (7.2 kW).
Bookings open nationally, optional 7.2 kW wallbox at an additional cost of Rs 50,000.
Copper accents differentiate the EV from the ICE models, retains the 5-star Bharat NCAP rating.
To be manufactured at the Chakan plant, it is the fourth e-SUV in the Mahindra lineup.
