The Mahindra XUV 7XO was launched on 5 January 2026 as the new successor to the XUV700, priced starting at ₹13.66 lakh (ex-showroom) and going up to ₹24.92 lakh for the top model. Bookings began in December 2025 with a token deposit of ₹21,000, deliveries will begin from 14 January for the AX7/AX7T/AX7L, and deliveries will begin from April 2026 for the lower AX/AX3/AX5 variants.
The powertrain gets a 2.0L mStallion TGDi turbo-petrol, which produces 200hp and 380Nm of torque, a 2.2L mHawk CRDe diesel engine producing 182hp of power and 420-450Nm of torque, offered in 6MT/6AT, FWD/AWD options.
The XUV 7XO gets a triple-screen setup from the base AX variants with a 12.3-inch HD screen (driver cluster, infotainment, passenger display) as standard, powered by AdrenoX+, with a Qualcomm Snapdragon SA8155P.
The audio gets 16-speaker Harman Kardon Dolby Atmos and Vision (India-first), Venusscapes, 9-band EQ.
ADAS Level-2+ is included, with 17+ functions (AEB, LKA, ACC, BSM, TSR, Cow/2W detection), 250m radar range, and a 540° camera.
The world’s first DAVINCI valve-based damping system is introduced for plush handling in the ride.
